Robert Colquhoun
Co-Founder & CEO
Lately a Director and Investor in furniture brand Myakka, as well as marketing consultant to several growing multi-channel businesses, he made his name by co-founding and building software-to-entertainment multi-brand, multi-channel Dream Direct plc to become a £25m gross revenue 4-brand company listed on AIM, with 1 million+ customers and 85 employees. Robert obviously never takes a day off, but if he did he would potter in his garden, collect books, go travelling, and occasionally relax at the altar of Bacchus.

David Lockwood
Co-Founder & Insight Director
As Director of Global Marketing at Boden, he managed a 30-strong team with a £70m budget, delivering 20% growth and transforming customer recruitment from 60% offline to 60% digital. Previously Head of Analytics at Direct Wines, Marketing Director at The Cotswold Company and Head of Marketing at Dream Direct plc. A keen sailor and skier but is most at home on 2 wheels, can often be seen navigating London on his folding bike.

Claire Odom
Client Strategy Director
Most recently Managing Director at Proactiv UK, the world's largest acne brand and formerly the European Marketing Director for US Direct Marketing Firm, Guthy-Renker, as well as Marketing Director at Direct Wines. Her experience encompasses managing complex, multi-channel businesses within challenging trading environments and utilising consumer data to identify new opportunities and solutions to improve business performance. Outside work, Claire enjoys running, yoga and dabbling in triathlons.

Mark Sargent
Co-Founder & CTO
Mark has implemented websites, smartphone apps, mail order, warehouse, telecom and stock control systems, built customer data and ecommerce platforms and managed large teams to ensure 24/7 operation of all systems and platforms. He has played senior IT roles at home interiors brand Myakka, entertainment brands Webb Ivory and Dream Direct, gift brand Past Times and children's toy brand Early Learning Centre
