We’re continuing to build our customer team and are pleased to welcome Nicola Travis, who joins us as Client Director. She’ll be working with our clients to help them plan, manage, and deliver data driven marketing strategies, so they gain the maximum value from their campaigns and customer activity.
Nicola joins us from omnichannel retailer Matalan where she focused on driving sales and engagement through direct customer communications and developing the value of its loyalty programme.
With a wealth of multi-channel experience gained from a host of retailers, her skills encompass online and offline marketing, including CRM, data insights, acquisition and retention, planning and strategy.
